ALL PINS ARE HANDMADE, there might be minor flaws that can't be avoided.

[A] Standard Grade: The highest quality within the pin batch. However, please note that even though they are of the best quality, they may still have minor flaws.

[B] Minor Flaws: These pins may have slightly more visible flaws compared to the A grade but are generally unnoticeable when viewed from a normal distance.

[C] Flawed: These pins will have noticeable flaws

Once I've shipped an item, it's out of my control. All pins are shipped by Singapore post, which will be taken over by your local post after reaching the destination country. No refunds for lost mails unless you upgrade to an insured parcel.

If I receive any returned parcel, I will contact the buyer. Once shipping is paid, I will resend them out.
