Refund
I do not offer refunds for in hand items.
No refunds for PO items after PO ends. If it's during the PO, please provide a good reason.

Grading
All PO buyers will receive an A grade pin
ALL PINS ARE HANDMADE, there might be minor flaws that can't be avoided.

[A] Standard Grade: The highest quality within the the pin batch. However, please note that even though they are of the best quality, they may still have minor flaws.

[B] Minor Flaws: These pins may have slightly more visible flaws compared to the A grade but are generally unnoticeable when viewed from a normal distance.

[C] Flawed: These pins will have noticeable flaws

Note* Stainglass pins may contain more air bubbles/scratches

PO Shipping
Shipping will no longer be collected for POs
shipping will only be collected when mass production is ready. Emails will be sent out to notify buyers that which pins are ready to ship.
If you decide to get the pins shipped, please purchase shipping and include your order number when you check out.

Q: Why am I doing so?
A: So that when everyone can save on international shipping fees.(everywhere out of SG) Instead of paying 15$ for one pin, you can store the pins at my place and ship multiple pins for $15~+
Only applicable to people that are buying multiple POs 
Note* In hands will come with shipping as they will be shipped after purchase.

Im based in Singapore, so international shipping will be expensive. This is the best way that I think of to save shipping fees for everyone.

Shipping
Once I've shipped an item,  it's out of my control.  All pins are shipped by Singapore post, which will be taken over by your local post after reaching the 
destination country. No refunds for lost mails unless you upgrade to an insured parcel.

If I receive any returned parcel, I will contact the buyer. Once shipping is paid, I will resend them out. 

I'm not responsible for any VAT charges (value-added tax)
